In addition, the wood we use has a rustic appearance that includes knots and other natural blemishes. We therefore cannot refund based upon these natural appearances. If, however, you are ever dissatisfied with the dimensions (excluding custom orders), craftsmanship or screen-printing of your products, we will make every attempt to correct any errors on our part and satisfy your business needs.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for products you order from Backwoods Specialties pass to YOU upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier if there is damage to your shipment. Keep all boxes and material.
